Platform for roadside assistance coordination

The roadside assistance case starts on the road and closes there

Driver dispatch, recording information, photos, electronic accident reports and amicable settlement statements, all from a phone/tablet. The details reach the CRM without anyone typing them again.

Why iRoad Assist

What changes from the very first moment of operation

iRoad Assist is the software a roadside assistance company, an assistance company or an insurer uses to coordinate its network. Full automation is not the point in itself. It is the reason a case closes in less time, with fewer phone calls and nothing left hanging at the end of the shift.

Service

Cases are handled quickly and reliably, at lower cost and with fewer resources spent per incident.

Productivity

A better way of working means better use of your staff and your vehicle fleet, and more output from both.

Professional standing

Automation lifts how your business looks, both to insured parties and to the corporate clients you serve.

The life of a case

From the call to the file, with no paper in between

Four steps, all inside the same platform, with the driver kept informed and reporting back from their phone.

1

Logging

The roadside assistance or accident care case opens, either immediately or by appointment.

2

Dispatch

The driver is notified on their phone the moment the case is assigned to them.

3

On site

Services, times, photos and statements are recorded on the spot from the app.

4

Handover

On completion, every detail passes automatically into the CRM, Eagle or another.

Features

Fleet and case management software

Straightforward for the coordination desk, strong reporting for management, and an app a driver picks up on day one.

Cases

Handles roadside assistance and accident care cases, whether immediate or scheduled by appointment.

Dispatch

The case is assigned to a driver, who is notified straight away on their phone through the mobile app.

Services

Every service on a case is recorded, such as towing or on-site repair, with arrival and completion times.

Geolocation

Vehicle coordinates are sent on, so the insured party knows where the vehicle heading to them has got to.

Reporting

Reports and dashboards for cases, and for staff and their productivity.

Built on current technology

iRoad Assist runs in the cloud, specifically on Microsoft Azure, which gives it reliability and speed even at peak hours, when incidents arrive all at once.

Frequently asked

The questions we hear before every demo

Do we have to change our CRM to use it?
No. iRoad Assist connects over its API to Eagle and to other vendors' CRM systems alike. The integration covers both receiving new cases and returning the details that complete them.
What devices do drivers need?
A phone or a tablet. The case management app runs on the driver's phone, while a tablet suits the electronic accident report better, with its diagram and signature.
Is the insured party's signature valid?
The electronic report includes GDPR consent signed by the insured party on the device, captured alongside the diagram and the details of the incident.
Does it work where the signal is poor?
The platform runs on Microsoft Azure and the app was designed for work out on the road. In the demo we show exactly what happens in areas with weak coverage.
Can it be adapted to the way we work?
Tailored editions have been built for specific clients. Adapting to your own workflows is part of the job.
